The product is great and works as advertised. Great flame. The kit did not include the wrench for tightening the connections.
This company is as legit as it gets! Let me just say they made a mistake and send me the wrong lavabox by accident. They shipped me a brand new correct box and they still get it to me before my trip. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Josh was great and very fast to reply. The box itself is awesome. It performed better than I expected. The flame was bigger and hotter than any video depicted on YouTube. I’m very happy with this product, it’s a tank. Thank you Lavabox family you guys killed it.
This thing is a beast! I did so many reviews on other boxes but living in the Northwest this bada$$ was first choice in my mind. Sure waste your time and watch the reviews if not convinced, but in the end you will buy the lavabox.
