Refund policy

Here at LavaBox we are all about happiness--your happiness. We know something very important: If you ain't happy, the world isn't happy. We want you out there have a great time, keep our forests and waterways safe. You can return your products for any reason. 

Not so fine print: You must pay for the return shipping. We provide free shipping over $200 but cannot afford to provide free return shipping unless there is a legitimate defect or malfunction. 

Of course, we will warranty any and all malfunctioning parts. Please work with us as we try to solve your issue. We want you to be happy! 

Most refunds take about 5-7 business days to process and hit your account. Please be cool about your returns and don't try to rip us off. We are a small company and the river gods are watching.
