Amazing product and great customer service!

I originally had my eye on the Hekla model, but LavaBox was not able to supply me with that model at the time. Rather than wait, I decided to change my order to the Original LavaBox because I wanted one that I could enjoy this summer.

Even though it was not the exact model I first planned on ordering, I could not be happier with how everything was handled.

Josh and I had a small communication issue at the start, but he quickly cleared it up and made sure I was completely looked after. That says a lot about the company and the people behind it. It is not often that the CEO personally takes the time to make sure a customer is taken care of, but Josh did exactly that.

From the time I placed my order, it arrived here in Canada in only 4 days. I was extremely impressed with the shipping speed, the service, and the attention to detail. Everything I ordered arrived quickly and exactly as expected.

At the end of the day, the way I was treated gave me even more confidence in LavaBox as a company.

I am very excited to fire this bad boy up. Great product, great service, and a company that clearly cares about its customers. Five stars all the way.

Some how lost the hose that came with my Lava box, so I had to order a new one

Absolutely brilliant. This is a must have for any camper. Well built and does what it promises. The team and customer service is the bonus you need and can trust.

If you camp, you need this. We belong to a big camping group in So Cal and the LavaBox was recommended by several group members who had it. We used them in the wind and rain and they work great. They put out more heat than the bigger round gas fire pits.

We also love the size. We bought the combo with the carry bag and the OUGT. Everything packs neatly in the bag and is easy to stow in one of our RV storage compartments. We also got a quick-connect adapter and extension hose so we can connect directly to our on-board propane tank.

We strongly recommend the LavaBox for the quality and functionality of the product as well as the great customer service!

We loved our new campfire. Got it just in time for our first camping trip of the year. The Lavabox company went out of their way to make sure we had our unit! Amazing buying experience and amazing product. I would highly recommend the company and the original Lavabox!

Easy to transport and store. Great for road trips or tossing in my jeep. Ignites easily and provides ample heat to keep me warm. It has a rugged, tactical, industrial look that stands out from regular fire pits. Made of heavy-duty steel that should handle rough conditions. Highly recommended

The product is great and works as advertised. Great flame. The kit did not include the wrench for tightening the connections.

I used my lava box for the first time last weekend. I sat by a nice low fire and I cooked all my meals on the wok. I'm telling anyone who will listen to buy a lava box.

This thing is amazing! So much easier to setup than a traditional wood camp fire and puts out a good amount of heat and ambient light. I may never go back to a traditional fire now.
