Best Customer Service and firepit out there!!

I ordered a Lavabox right before heading out on a river trip down Ruby Horsethief after finding out about fire restrictions—and the team absolutely knocked it out of the park. I let them know we were leaving soon, and they went above and beyond to ship it out early. They didn’t have the Over/Under Grill in stock, so they sent me a used one just so I’d have it for the trip, and followed up with a brand new one later that week. Incredible customer service.

On the river, everyone was blown away by the flame—super warm, easy to use, and seriously the best propane firebox out there. If you’re looking for a fire solution that performs and comes with next-level support, Lavabox is it.

Very cool product that works extremely well. The flames this thing can put out is incredible, but it can also be controlled and cooked on quite easily. Love this product.

Bought one as a fathers day gift and one as birthday present for outdoorsy colorado people. With a likely forever fire ban on the horizon, these are fantastic. Take it camping, rafting etc.
