What does it take to join our team?

We are looking for big fans of our products who are willing to tell the world! We have high expectations, but you can also earn big money.

We accept applications from all types of influencers and affiliates, provided you have at least two of the following social media channels: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Reddit, or TikTok. When reviewing your application, we look at the number of followers you have in addition to other engagement metrics. We reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason.

What we consider for our A Team:

1. Significant online presence:

• 100K+ subscribers on YouTube
• 20K+ followers on Instagram
• 10,000+ followers on Facebook
• 500,000+ followers on TikTok

2. High quality content creation skills:

• Professional photo and/or video
• Creative, smart SEO-driven writing
• Geo-targeted hashtags and location finders
• Backlinks with other affiliates and partners
• Positive vibes only!

3. Engagement considerations:

• Followers are not everything. We need to see that people love your content
• Content choice matters. Stay up-to-date with outdoor trends
• Please provide any case studies (if you have them)

4. Brand alignment: 

• No direct competition sales
• Your customers should be like our customers...outdoorsy, fun-loving, and environmentally aware  

What you qualify for as an A Team member:

• Your choice of a Hekla or Original LavaBox Combo.
• 40% discount on all other products in the store (with the exception of Shopify Collective) 
• Promotional materials as needed/available
• Mentions and shares on LavaBox social media  

What we consider for our B Team:

We know you are just starting out in the wild world of affiliate marketing but we love you too! 

1. Online presence:

• Established and maintained social media channels

2. Content creation skills:

• Content creation using phones and social media editing tools
• Creative writing 
• Positive vibes only! 

3. Engagement considerations:

• Followers are not everything. We need to see that people love your content
• Content choice matters. Stay up-to-date with outdoor trends
• Follower trends

4. Brand alignment: 

• No direct competition sales
• Your customers should be like our customers...outdoorsy, fun-loving, and environmentally aware  

What you qualify for as an B Team member:

• 40% discount on all products in the store (with the exception of Shopify Collective) 
• Mentions and shares on LavaBox social media to help drive sales  

What we expect besides great sales:

Rad content featuring LavaBox's products that is free of political, religious, and potentially controversial rhetoric. We are here to unite people in the love for the outdoors.  

Commission Tiers:

The more you sell the more you make! 

Tier 1 - You make 10% on every sale for your first 50 orders

Tier 2 - You make 12% on every sale for your next 51-100 orders

Tier 3 - You make 15% on every sale for your 101+ orders forever!
