I've only had a chance to use it once so far, but it cooks a great steak 😋
I absolutely love this thing, well worth the wait and the price. First time breaking it out and of course my beautiful boy is excited that he is getting his home made food done on it for the first cook off. That's about 6lbs of ground beef I was able to fit no plm.
Best way to cook food!!
I initially thought the price was a bit high, but the pan is of very good quality, comes with a durable storage bag, and I picked it up on a holiday special.
I like that this is lighter weight and lower profile than my old cast-iron Lodge wok. With the lower profile, I can easily stow this in my raft's dry box without taking up much space compared to my old wok. The Skwok also fits nicely on my Partner 4-burner stove, and I have more room to cook items than a regular skillet. Cooking with the Skwok is more straightforward than using a skillet. I have not tried it on a Lava Box yet, but for a Partner system, this is an excellent addition to my kit!
Truly handcrafted, well built and the way it heats up evenly really helps in the meal preparation. I give it FIVE Stars!
