Do you have a Gen 1.0 LavaBox with a single burner? Want to have the miraculous dual burner system installed by us? We do that! Send your old box to LavaBox HQ and we can install a new dual burner.

Here's how it works: 

  1. Send your Original LavaBox to: LavaBox HQ 4800 Washington St. Unit A1 Sauce, Denver, CO 80216
  2. We cut a hole in your box and install the new dual burner.
  3. We add a new screen and Hades Stones
  4. We ship it back to you! 

One BIG note! This is not for the Hekla or Krakatoa. We can only retrofit the Original Lavabox including the Tabletop Vol-CAN-no, Naked, and Floater.

Retrofit 1st Gen Lava Box

I bought a Original Lava Box a few years back. What a great camp fire this thing makes. But shortly after that they came out with the additional burner option. Well that changed everything so I bought a second Lava Box that I could now use for cooking. My original just sat there until I saw it was an option to convert this into the cooker style too. I will pass this one onto my son. For fifty bucks its a great value to upgrade.

Quick turnaround, does what it’s suppose to..

The upgraded box made it home safe and sound much quicker than I expected. Nice blue cooking flame adjusts way low and controllable. Thanks lavabox for making this upgrade available.
