I was looking for something that was dual purpose for cooking & camp fires and Lavabox was a great solution. I don't think it's the perfect cooking solution but it's good enough in a pinch, especially if I'm solo. As a firebox I think it's top notch and there is a lot of value here. Everything appears to be very high quality and we like it so much we've just started using it in the back yard a couple times a week. Great, made-in-the-USA product, couldn't be more pleased!

I also was very pleased with the travel bag that was included and the gloves I purchased as an addition.

I had researched a few different brands. I ended up purchasing an ignik firecan. It was fine for two people, but very limited on heat output. I decided to pickup this Lavabox, and…wow! I’ve been very impressed with the build quality, and the heat output! For such a small piece of gear, the size of the flame is even more impressive than I had expected. I really love the gear bag and the dual burners. If you’re looking for a portable fire pit, and can’t decide on one, do yourself a favor and get this thing, you won’t regret it

Love this thing! Cold mornings call for hot coffee and a Lavabox at your feet. I have a truck fitted with a roof tent and pull out kitchen in the back. Larger propane fire boxes or pits eat up so much space in my very limited area. My Lavabox has a very nice small spot where it is stored and easily accessed for that quick cold morning warm up. I was looking for something compact for awhile and when I saw Lavabox, I jumped on it.

We recently received our Naked Lavabox and it is fantastic! We used it this week on our deck and it was the talk of the gathering. So glad to find a product that can put off campfire vibes while not violating fire bans. We have yet to cook on it but that is next on the list. Thanks to the Lavabox team for being available to answer questions. This thing is as good as advertised!

These four elements make for a great time and the LavaBox was front and center of it all! What made it great was the great customer service from LavaBox. My package was stuck in Atlanta USPS terminal. LavaBox sent another on out UPS and the weekend was a hit as a result. We left our stove at home and used the LavaBox skillet for breakfast( sausage, eggs and toasted buns) and stir fry for dinner . The beers and conversation flowed as the smoke free fire warmed the nice spring evening. I really enjoyed the volume of fire that LavaBox can create. There is no competition as a competitor was in next campsite and he even said LavaBox was superior and will be getting one. As a result he just hung out with us and turned his off. Thanks LavaBox for a very simple but fun product. Looking forward to having a LavaBox the center of many more memories.

They seem to be good quality. I looked really hard to find a better price and couldn’t. These things are super expensive wherever you go. I like to support USA companies and because I found the cost to be fair I’ll keep choosing Lava Box. Plus you gotta love the humor they inject into their marketing. Not everything needs to be so serious people. Enjoy life and why not around a Lava Box.

I’ve only used it once but it is great. I can’t wait to use it with my new overland trailer I just ordered . Are woods usually get shut down for recreational fire’s because of fire danger,so this is going to work out great.

The LavaBox is an amazing product! I just got the original LavaBox, and it is a solid addition to my camping gear. It is incredibly easy to transport, and setting it up is a breeze! The construction is solid and durable, and I can tell this fire pit will last for years to come.
