Great Custer service

Our regulator wasn't working right and no questions asked they sent us a new one. We had the new one within a week.

I caught my toe that was in a flip flop on the hose and it pulled apart at the ferrel at the Lavabox. It was on the stand. It was such a light catch of my toe, it didn’t even come off the stand.

Replacement propane regulator

Has very happy with the time it took to replace the hose assembly for my brand new Lava Box which I had purchased a week prior at Overland West, we had planned purchase of Lave Box to use while we camping at Overland, when we fired it up the regulator would not maintain a steady flame. I called to explain what happened a new regulator/hose assembly was promptly shipped. I’m happy to say I tried the new assembly out this morning and it works like it should. Thanks guys you were on top of getting the new one out quickly🤙

Heavy duty hose

After heavy use for over 2yrs, the swivel that connects to the box started to fail. Sent a message to LB and they sent me a new one right away under warranty!

This company’s customer service is crazy good. Every time I’ve reached out they have responded fast and took care of me. So when my regulator hose started malfunctioning I reached out to make sure I was purchasing the new one. Not only did the send me a new hose but comp’ed the hose and shipping. Wow.. not many companies do that anymore,if ever. Customer for life! Thanks again Lava Crew 🫡 🔥
