*All LavaBoxes will naturally patina over time. Fire changes things. To lock in a nice patina or beautiful rust, grab a rattle can of Rust-o-leum Clear High Heat Engine Enamel from your local hardware store.

*Please allow 5-7 Business Days for our “team” ( all of the Keebler elves) to build your box and get it out the door. They are not as fast on LavaBoxes as they are on the cookies.

Why not just have the best.

This has quickly become essential camping gear. I am on my second one because I wanted a trident burner, will hand my first one down to my son. Just about everyone that sees it in action wants one.

Yes, you could save some $ (maybe the cost to fill a 20lb tank) by trying to rig one up yourself. I have considered it, but why? It will not be as well done or thought through. Support your local outdoor outfitter!

I’ve been rained out a few times camping when it was cold, and was looking for a solid backup for heat. Lavabox hit all the marks at a great value. Super convenient for a quick outdoor fire on a weeknight, and a reliable fire pit in the rain. Probably one of the best camping purchases I’ve made!

Bought 2nd One!

I bought the original naked Lavabox a few years ago after meeting Josh at a local event and it is still going strong! Bought a second one this month (which has the newer design and vent holes) and I like it just as much as the original, if not more. Now I can have 2 campfires going on simultaneously (one for the adults and one for the kids)!
