*All LavaBoxes will naturally patina over time. Fire changes things.
*Your Naked Tabletop Vol-CAN-no is beautiful cold-rolled steel with no coating to protect it from the elements. It will patina and rust over time and it will be a spectacular marvel of chemistry!
*Please allow 5-7 Business Days for our “team” (Rumpelstiltskin's entire extended family) to build your box and get it out the door. They are not as fast on LavaBoxes as they are on the spinning wheel.

I took a group of Team River Runner military veteran women down the San Juan River for four days, camping in tents out of rafts and kayaks. Pulling out an instant, light weight, convenient, easy-to-use Lava Box fire was the best thing ever!! Super quick set and tear down was just the perfect thing for our wilderness trip. Having a fire was warming, gave such a fun focal point, and created such a memorable ambience for our group. It gave us s’more making ability. We did not have to take a heavy messy fire pan and wood on the trip. Practice taking the lid off and on and the set up once or twice and then it’s very easy.
Love it. It takes up so much less room than my old firepit and provides good heat!

We wanted a Lava Box for months and finally had a birthday to justify buying it. It produces a LOT of heat when it's on high, but you can also set it to be much more mellow. Easy to set up. We can't wait to set it up on those rainy/sleety days when some of us are waiting outside for the drivers to run shuttle after a paddling trip. It's gonna be clutch!
Get one of these in your life!! The LavaBox is well-built, easy to transport, incredibly simple to "fire-up" and throws out a mellow or raging fire depending on what you're feeling...I set it up in a campground firepit and cooked a perfectly crusted and rendered ribeye first try, epic!
